Delivery Information

We make every effort to dispatch orders within 48 hours of order acceptance. All your items in your order will be delivered together and as soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation.

We offer two types of delivery to addresses on the UK mainland:

Standard delivery - we have a charge for standard delivery dependent of your shopping basket value : 

• £0 - £10 shopping basket value = £2.50 per order

• £10 - £40 shopping basket value = £ 4.50 per order

• £40+ shopping basket value = £6.50 per order

Our standard delivery is sent via the Royal Mail recorded service. Please allow 5 days for goods to be delivered from the dispatch date in your email confirmation. This delivery method requires a signature so please make sure you are available to accept your order.

Next day delivery - we have a charge for next day delivery dependent of your shopping basket value : 

• £0 - £10 shopping basket value = £5.50 per order

• £10 - £40 shopping basket value = £ 7.50 per order

• £40+ shopping basket value = £10.50 per order

Our next day delivery is sent via the Royal Mail.  This delivery method requires a signature so please make sure you are available to accept your order.

For addresses that are not on the UK mainland such as the Isles of Scilly, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland, there may be a surcharge. Please email orders@catkin-collection.co.uk for a quote.

Returns Information

If the delivered goods are not suitable, faulty or defective it is possible to return them to catkin collection within 7 days of the date of receipt.

All the goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. You will need to pay for the return postage and we recommend that you use a tracked form of delivery for your return to ensure that the goods are received by us.

When you return your goods you should include the delivery note in the package and make it clear which items are being returned and if a refund or replacement is required.

Any refunds will be processed within 30 days of the returned goods being received by catkin collection.
