• click on the left hand side price bands to find gifts within your fixed budget and choose a lovely gift to suit your pocket
• click on the search box when you know exactly what you are looking for and choose your gift with love

| you can also browse the site to see our great gifts and you might just see the perfect present for someone. |

| after finding the gift you want to buy just click buy and this will add it to your shopping basket. you will not be able to buy items that are out of stock but you can register your interest and we will let you know when it is back in stock. you can either carry on shopping or proceed to the checkout – make sure you have chosen your gift wrapping and delivery. |

| we will confirm your order on screen and when you select confirm order you will either be taken to the Worldpay secure payment page if you are paying by credit or debit card or receive details of how to pay by cheque if you have chosen this payment method. |

| after completing your order and selecting confirm order you will be asked to enter your credit or debit card details. |

| after completing your order Worldpay, the secure payment system we use on this site, will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered (so it is important you enter a correct email address). please note that this email is not an order acceptance from catkin collection. |

| once your payment has cleared (max 3 days) you will receive an order acceptance and your order will be dispatched after this. |

| after completing your order and selecting confirm order you will receive a summary of your order on screen and details of your next steps. |

| you will receive an order confirmation sent to your email. this will include details of the products you have ordered, price, quantity, delivery method, delivery address and order number. you should print this order confirmation and send with your cheque to the following address within 5 days of placing your order. |
